Use Ohana Chat with care.
These Terms govern use of Ohana Chat Family Spaces and related services in the United States.
Accounts and age
You must be at least 13 years old to create or manage an independent Ohana Chat account. Parents and guardians may share content about younger children, but children under 13 may not create or manage independent accounts.
Family Spaces and invitations
Keep account credentials and invitation links private. Share invitations only with trusted people, and manage family membership and roles responsibly.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Ohana Chat a limited license to host, store, display, adapt for technical delivery, secure, back up, and process it only to operate and improve the service for the audiences you authorize. Share only content and images you have permission to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ohana Chat for unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activity; unauthorized access or scraping; malware or security interference; impersonation; reverse engineering; resale; or exposing another person’s private information.
Availability and termination
Features may change, pause, or stop. We do not promise a specific uptime or support response time unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, legal obligations, or service discontinuation. Shared family content may remain available to other authorized members.
Third parties and affiliate links
Authentication, hosting, storage, video, email, maps, analytics, retailers, and partner offers may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Some Shop links may be affiliate links through which Ohana Chat earns a commission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Do not use it as your only copy of critical information or as emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice. Any liability limits or exclusions are subject to mandatory consumer law.
